Appointment Policy

Bella Moore always aims to provide premier customer service to all clients whilst ''bringing out the beauty in you'
All hair services require a deposit of £10 - £25 which will be deducted from the final price. Deposits is non-refundable unless rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours. However if an appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours you will lose your deposit.
If we are given 24 hours notice of a cancellation, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
As a courtesy, we do contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
