Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you may have to miss your booked appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, if you do not call to reschedule your appointment you may be preventing other clients from receiving a service.

Conversely, a situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you in for an appointment, due to seemingly fully booked. If an appointment is not cancelled 48 hours in advance you will lose your deposit. All deposits are non - refundable

Scheduled appointments:
We understand that there might be delays that are unavoidable, however to ensure we keep to other appointments we will have to reschedule your booking if you are 20 minutes past your scheduled time.
